Northeast Philadelphia police had to save a two year old toddler off of utility wires today outside of his home. Neighbors found little Luis Davidas  after climbing out of a third-story window and onto a few utility wires. Neighbor Joy Coates saw young Davidas out of her window outside with the wires between his legs, and one hand gripping the brick wall.

Concerned neighbors  immediately reacted by calling for help. Luis was home with his 17-year-old brother  when he locked himself inside the third floor bedroom. First the toddler threw items out the window, then climbed on a table and out onto the wires. Luis’ family is very grateful that the young boy was not harmed and is back home safe and sound.
