Just what is going on with singer Chris Brown and his penchant for bizarre rants and antagonistic behavior of late? (Photo: Chris Brown arrives at the Topshop Topman LA Opening Party at Cecconi's West Hollywood on February 13, 2013 in Los Angeles.)Singer Chris Brown undoubtedly wants most of the world to hate him — or at least think he’s some sort of low-crawling slimy d-bag or something. Why? Because no sooner does he get off a mini-scandal about going off over a $10 parking fee on a valet just doing their job, he takes the microphone in an LA nightclub and administers advice to men on how to keep their women. Simply put, he said that men have to tell their women that they own the woman’s vagina.

Of course, Chris Brown wasn’t so diplomatic about it. But it was all caught on video, whichTMZ posted Saturday (March 9). And if there’s a more sexist, women-as-possessions piece of video in existence, it remains to be seen.

The “Look At Me Now” singer said, “You GOTTA say that one thing to her … Don’t make me have to tell you again, that’s my p***y baby! … so you better not give it away!”

Brown, who is no stranger to misogynistic behavior, recently reentered a relationship with R&B singer Rihanna, a relationship that spent four years in hiatus after he brutally beat her on the even of the 2009 Grammy Awards. Rihanna said in a recent interview that the two were adults now and that Brown was “the one.”

But one still has to wonder how Rihanna feels about such a public declaration of alpha maleness… And did he actually say something like that to her?

Brown was partying at the Emerson Theatre early Thursday morning when he dispensed his vagina ownership advice. He had more to say: “So every person in this motherf**king building, if you got a bad bitch you better say that s**t to her, or she might f**k another n***a.”

And that’s not all Brown has had to say lately. He grabbed the microphone from another DJ earlier in the week (TMZ got that video as well) and went on some poorly composed freestyle rap rant that ended with something like, “F**k Drake!” To put the rant into context, Brown interrupted a song by Drake, an artist he has had physical, verbal, and legal battles with in the past year.

That video came on the heels of his angry refusal to pay a $10 parking fee to a valet who wouldn’t release his car until the fee was paid (also caught on video and posted to TMZ). At one point, Brown’s entourage surrounded the lone valet as Brown continued to rant about the parking fee.

Chris Brown’s vagina monologue about how men should talk to their women bordered on the bizarre, semi-illiterate, and, at certain points, unintelligible. And it is just the latest in a string of strange acts on his part that seemed to begin when he got into an actual fistfight with singer Frank Ocean over a parking space at an LA recording studio. Although Brown’s reps said Ocean started the altercation, it was later discovered that Brown threw the first punch.
