Deion Sanders is having a trying year!  His attorney have been rumored to have quit. Yesterday, his attorney,  Rick Robertson squashed  that story.

The high-profile divorce over Deion’s reported $250 million fortune doesn’t look like it’s going to be resolved soon. There is a child custody hearing scheduled for January 9, a prenup arbitration hearing on January 22 and a jury trial on children’s issues on March 4.

last year was not kind to Deion. Deion and and his ex-wife  Pilar Sanders were back in court  in December  as part of their very public and contentious divorce case. That  round went to the former Cowboys star, according to NBC 5, as a judge cut his monthly child support payment in half, from $10,550 to $5,500. While Pilar says she’s owed $50,000 in back child support, Deion and his attorney deny that and also questioned why he should pay so much in child support when he has primary custody of the couple’s two boys. Only their daughter lives with Pilar, at a Celina home for which Deion has been ordered to pay $3,500 per month.
