Michael Vick declined to answer a question about whether he now owned a dog after he tweeted out a photograph from his home that included an open box of Milkbone dog biscuits last week.Vick is permitted to own a dog & has spoken openly in the past about wanted to obtain one for his family, especially his daughters.
