Breaking News:Colarado Shooter Appears In Court
James Holmes, the man accused of killing 12 people in a Colorado movie theater appeared in court for the first time today. Given the severity of his charges,Holmes appeared dazed and confused. Sporting a prison issued jumpsuit and fire red hair that looks as if it was dyed. Authorities have not yet spoken about a possible motive in the case, and police spokesman Frank Fania told CNN late Sunday that Holmes has been uncooperative with investigators and requested an attorney.
