Penn State Gets 4 Year Bowl Ban For Sex Scandal

Penn State was hit hard early Monday morning after the NCAA came down on the football program for the child sexual abuse scandal that has plagued the University for months. The school will also have to pay $60 million in sanctions and must also reduce 10 initial and 20 total scholarships each year for a four-year period.
