According to CBS.COM, The 10 minute incident was captured on a cellphone by 1 of the students & posted to YouTube. It shows 68 year old Bus Monitor Karen Klein trying her best to ignore the stream of profanity, insults & outright threats directed at her. At one point in the video, she breaks down in tears. She hopes their parents will view the video & talk to their children about being “a little more respectful.” But there is some good news for Karen! An international crowd-funding site has raised over $140,000 to send the grandmother on a vacation.
