So as an update to the crazy domestic violence situation between Deion Sanders and his estranged wife Pilar, Deion Sanders was just charged Tuesday with a misdemeanor simple assault after the violent altercation with Pilar. Prosper police spokesman Celso Martinez wouldn’t detail the allegations, but he said the assault charge covers any act considered aggressive and could be as simple as touching or defensively jerking away from someone’s grip. The charge carries a fine of up to $500 but doesn’t warrant arrest. Also, Deion Sanders tweeted during the horrific event saying “I’m sad my boys witnessed this mess, but I warned the police department here that she was gone try n harm me and my boys.
