D.C. Police Chief Cathy Lanier shut down another club in D.C. thanks to a stabbing that sent one man to the hospital in stable conditions.
Island Cafe (829 Upshur Street NW) in Petworth was officially shut down early this morning after one man stabbed another in the stomach around 2 a.m. The two were arguing. The victim, who has yet to be identified, was taken to an area hospital where he is currently in stable conditions.
