Kevin Cunningham never thought the petition that he started would collect over 2 million signatures in a one month period. A 31-year-old Howard University student, created Change.org petition in order to voice his opinion and to get George Zimmerman, the shooter of Trayvon Martin arrested. When he suggested starting an online appeal calling for prosecution of the shooter, neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman, the proposal was met with both support and skepticism from other subscribers.
