Pennsylvania ban on texting while driving starts this week!

The texting law will start on Thursday. This means the police can pull people over for texting alone. You will get a $50 fine for texting while drivng. This also means you cannot web browse.However, if you are using, GPS you will be ok. Although texting while driving is illegal, talking and driving is still legal in Pennsylvania!
