26 year old Kevin Beattie was arrested on Friday for the arson at FDR Park at 2000 Pattison Avenueon the night of June 17th. The playground was deemed to be a total loss. The Philadelphia Eagles organization pledged immediately to give whatever is needed to rebuild.
