A manhunt is on for masked men who committed a brazen armored truck heist in broad daylight.
The robbery happened outside the TD Bank branch at 710 Old York Road in Abington Township, Pa. around 9:40 a.m. Thursday, FBI spokesperson J.J. Klaver said.
Authorities say the armored truck guards were making a delivery when a light blue or sliver minivan pulled up to the truck. Two masked suspects jumped from the side door and demanded the bank bag full of cash at gunpoint. A third unmasked man waited in the driver’s seat of the van.
After grabbing the bag containing $200,000 in cash, the suspects got back into the minivan and sped off heading south on Old York Road.
