Janet Jackson, 53, dished on her thoughts regarding whether or not her brother’s musical impact will be diminished because of molestation claims ahead of his 10 year-death anniversary on June 25.

In a rare sit down with The Sunday Times of London, Jackson dished that she feels that her brother’s legacy will remain solid.

“It will continue,” she said. “I love it when I see kids emulating him, when adults still listen to his music. It just lets you know the impact that my family has had on the world. I hope I’m not sounding arrogant in any way — I’m just stating what is.

“It’s really all God’s doing, and I’m just thankful for that.”

The explosive HBO Leaving Neverland documentary unveiled claims that Jackson sexually molested two young men, Wade Robson and James Safechuck, in the 80’s and 90’s at his famous Neverland ranch, located in Santa Barbra California.

The Jackson family disputed the claims prior to the documentary’s release, and publicly defended their brother against the claims during the film’s promotion. Since the documentary’s release a timeline of Safechuck’s claims come into question after he stated that the abuse occurred from 1988 until 1992, even though Jackson’s home wasn’t finished until 1993.

“This documentary is not telling the truth,” Jackson’s brother Marlon said. “There has not been not one piece of evidence that corroborates their story, and they’re not interested in doing that.”

However, Safechuck and Robson stand by their claims that they suffered at the hands of the pop singer.

Besides the controversy surrounding her brother, Jackson also spent some time to talk about motherhood to her 2-year-old baby boy Eissa.

“It’s never going to be an easy ride, but we’re going to get through this,” she said. “I’ve done a lot in my life and it’s about having fun, continuing to have fun. There are still things that I do want to do in life, but if I don’t get to do those things, then I’m good. I have a son and he’s beautiful. He’s my light.”
