Judge Genece Brinkley and her lawyer are going after Roc Nation and Amazon for using ‘off the record’ audio collected during an interview between Brinkley’s lawyer, Charles Peruto and a reporter. According to TMZ, the cameraman was given instruction to stop recording, but only turned the camera to the wall, and still capture all the audio. Peruto is now coming after Roc Nation legally.
The audio contains Peruto talking against Brinkley, who Meek and his team feel is unfit to rule over his case because she has it out for Meek. Listen to the leaked audio below:
