Kevin Foster, business manager to Ne-Yo and Brian McKnight was found guilt last week of wire fraud, money laundering, bankruptcy fraud, tax evasion and filing false tax returns.

Foster, 42, convinced R&B singer Ne-Yo to invest $2 million into a sports drink company named OXYWater and he also invested an additional $1.5 million without the singer’s consent. Sources also say Foster opened lines of credit under Ne-Yo’s identity, forging his name. He also defrauded popular 90’s r&b crooner, Brian McKnight, to fund the illegal operation along with his lifestyle, including cars, watches and season sports tickets.
