Rosanne Barr lost her ABC sitcom over racist tweets she fired at one of Barack Obama’s African American advisers back in May. Her show ‘Rosanne’ was cancelled, and her cast mates have since been in talks of a spin off series, that will not include Rosanne.
After the comments went viral, Rosanne broke down in tears on Rabbi Shmuley’s podcast, saying she would never ‘wittingly’ make racist comments and that she has black people in her family. The audio of Rosanne’s tearful breakdown was not released until recently. Listen below:
