The Women’s March took the nation by storm over the year seeking to empower women and strengthen the politics in the nation. They are back with a National Convention in Detroit and co-leader and organizer Carmen Perez is ready for it.
“We want to build women’s leadership across the board from grassroots operations to running for positions,” explained Perez on the movement.
Expecting 4,000 people to attend the organization is,”looking at taking back Congress and impact state politics.”
