Authorities say memorabilia from Kobe Bryant’s high school career have been stolen from a display case inside the Lower Merion High School.

Among the items stolen were framed replica of Bryant’s Lower Merion jersey, a 1996  PIAA Boys Basketball State Championship trophy and net from the title game, and several pairs of Nike sneakers signed by the Lakers superstar.

School officials say the items have little monetary value. Wow!

A SEPTA spokesman confirmed up to 40 cars would be taken off line starting this morning due to the dangers of having a crack in the main load carrying beam.

No worries, SEPTA will have additional buses to supplement the car shortage on the trains.

SEPTA officials say it’s unclear how long the rail cars will be out of service, but they are asking commuters to give themselves extra time to get to their destinations.
