STRENGTHENING REPORT OF CAMPUS ASSAULTS

Delaware state Senate has unanimously approved a bill aimed at strengthening reporting of sexual assaults on college campuses.

The bill approved today requires employees of higher education institutions to offer to report sexual assault incidents to law enforcement officials if the alleged victim agrees.

Twin Brothers Accused Of Bombing Spree

Authorities have arrested twin brothers 22 year old Daniel and Caleb Tate on charges of setting off explosives in two Pennsylvania counties.

The Tates were home from school during winter break in December when the incidents occurred. Daniel Tate is a student at Pepperdine University in California, and Caleb Tate is a student at Belmont University in Tennessee, according to the D.A.

The brothers allegedly made bombs from materials such as metal pipes, propane canisters and fuel containers.

No one was hurt during the incidents, which took place in the early morning.

SUPPORT FOR ATLANTIC CITY BOARDWALK BOOZE POLICY

Atlantic City is considering a policy that would allow booze on the boardwalk.

The proposed law would allow open alcoholic containers on the boardwalk from the Resorts Casino to the Tropicana.

Supports hopes it can all be settled for a final vote in July.
