This week The Hype TV Show, a local talk show for, by and about young women, will feature a segment on healthy eating and deliciously healthy recipes. Immediately following the show I will host a Google Hangout online cooking demo and post show discussion. Join me this Sunday night from the comfort of your own home, job or wherever you may be this Sunday at 7:30pm and check out my special guests Dejenaba Gordon and Donavan West whip up some special recipes for you to try.
