Deadly Shooting at Philadelphia Rec Center

Shots rang out outside a crowded North Philadelphia rec center on Monday evening.
An 18-year-old male was shot in the chest at the Cecil B. Moore Recreation Center and pronounced dead at 6:11 p.m. at Temple University Hospital, according to Philadelphia Police.
There were about 25 kids, teens and parents on the playground at the time of the shooting, said police.
No one else was injured. So far, police have not made any arrests.
