Teddy Pendergrass gave us a beautiful song in the 70s called “Wake Up Everybody” that has not been revisited in such a soulful way until now.
John Legend, Common and Melanie Fiona breathe new direction and life into the track. But the two have also opened up a lot of the 60s and 70s classics on a new album entitled ”Wake Up Everybody” dusted them off and made them their own.
