Every Sunday on my radio show I have a segment called “Chat n Chew” where we discuss the issues of the day. This week’s Chat N Chew was inspired by the story of the man from Norway who killed many with a car bomb and included lyrics form Schooly D’s “PSK What Does It Mean” in his manifesto of murder. The accused killer Anders Behring Breivik claims that Hip Hop music and it’s “mentality” are “destructive” and calls “for the end of the movement.” This event inspired my question for the day: Do you think ANY music should be banned just because SOME are influenced to do bad things?
