There is nothing like hot summer nights sitting outside enjoying a gorgeous meal with friends.Non-alcoholic sangria can be just as tasty as alcoholic sangria. As you entertain this summer it is nice to have a non-alcoholic choice for your guests. In the age asocial consciousness you need to offer a choices to your visitors.
Sangria is an alcoholic punch native to Spain, that is typically made with red wine, fruit juice, fruit, sugar and soda water. It is also served in Portugal, Mexico, and all over Central and South America, and the rest of Europe. I decided to blend up a non-alcoholic sangria punch.
It was a success . Try this recipe. Your friends will be surprised and thank you later .
Here are the ingredients:
1 Orange, sliced
1 apple, sliced
6 Maraschino cherries, with their stems
1 quart Grape Juice
3 tablespoons of sugar
3/4 quart soda water
Stir all ingredients together in a large jar. Serve in small cups garnished with the orange and apple slices and a cherry. You may also mix all the ingredients in a punch bowl and float the fruit on top. Ladle into glasses.
