SIHLE TV features videos of the young ladies who participate in the Philadelphia SIHLE Project. SIHLE means Sisters Informing Healing Living & Empowering, a healthy lifestyle/ sexual health workshop for Black girls ages 14 to 18. The videos are episodes of their TV show “The Hype,” a program that gives the young ladies a platform to discuss issues that effect them. There are SIHLE programs all over the country but this program focuses on the activities in Philadelphia, Pa. Check out the latest episode of “The Hype: Major Pain” where the ladies discuss how to choose a college major.
